- Cellesh 450
Cellesh 450 is one of our high sales item
and the sales is over 20 tons per month. It is from Kao (Japan)
and the name is Cellesh 400 originally. Kao (Taiwan) improved
it and re-named as Cellesh 450. The multi-
functions of this item help us to solve many technical problems
in dyeing process.
1. Chelating and dispersing
- remove the metal ions from fibre (dye field) then more dyes
can be penetrate to it and make the colour deeper.
- offer the stable condition in dyeing process by the low water
hardness.
- the removed metal ions disperse in water, no precipitate deposits
in fibre or on the dyeing machine, therefore no dyeing spots
stain in the fibre.

2. Leveling
- improve the leveling in the dyeing process.
- improve the colour difference between the middle and the outside
of cone in the dyeing process.

3. Solubility of reactive dye increase
- the colour should be deeper by increasing the dyes solubility.
4. Improve the fastness of washing and
rubbing
- the consumption of dyestuffs percentage drops in the same colour
darkness which cause the unfixed dyes to be reduced. Therefore,
the fastness of washing and rubbing should be better.
